| Turning A Blind Eye -
Andrew O'Keefe and Tanveer Ahmed   
Andrew O'Keefe (host of Deal or No Deal and Dragon's Den) and Dr Tanveer Ahmed (psychiatrist and journalist) showed their class as debaters and comedians. We examined 'Why we turn a blind eye' from its historical roots with Admiral Nelson, right through to a dissection of the Australian culture. This lively event was delivered in partnership with Unifem and in support of White Ribbon Day, a day promoting the elimination of violence against women.
