Paul Gilding: Sustainability - Environmental Sustainability - Transforming the Corporation
13 July 2005

'Scream, Crash, Boom'. These are the three phases of the process Paul sees our global society going through as we address environmental sustainability. Paul's message was straight, the situation is serious, but he also presented an extraordinary opportunity for those who are prepared to embrace it now. Questions to Paul were salient to leading edge environmental topics, showing Catalyst's guests are contemporary with this critical issue.

Paul Gilding is an acclaimed global leader in environmental sustainability and in 1994 was listed by Time International as one of 'Time's Global 100 Young Leaders for the New Millennium'. This sharp looking event at the American Club was also a carbon neutral event. Approximately 1 tonne of carbon was estimated to be produced by the electricity, food, drink and other things consumed by the event. To offset this, Catalyst invested in renewable energy production credits through www.climatefriendly.com.au
